Yes, you may run paid advertising. However, all ads must be truthful and not misleading. You cannot bid on "DSCRflow" branded keywords. We provide approved marketing copy and guidelines in your partner portal.
We cannot close Business Purpose Loans on investment properties located in California, Arizona, Nevada, Idaho, North Dakota, South Dakota, or Alaska. You can still refer borrowers from these states for properties in other eligible states. Additional restrictions may apply; see partner agreement for details.
